3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.
Final pricing may vary if actual requirements differ.
Additional charges may apply for extra labor, materials, or delays.

4. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed after deposit/payment confirmation.
Remaining balance must be paid upon completion of service.
We accept cash, bank transfer, or agreed payment methods.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation 3–7 days before move: partial refund
Cancellation less than 48 hours: no refund
Rescheduling is subject to availability

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate moving details
Ensure access (parking, permits, building approvals)
Secure valuable or fragile personal items

7. Liability & Damages

We take maximum care during moving
Minor scratches or normal wear are not covered
Claims must be reported within 24 hours

8. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Traffic conditions
Weather
Building restrictions
Government regulations

9. Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

Hazardous materials
Illegal items
Perishable goods
